CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the registration is confirmed, the registration is FINAL and NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation (s). Substitutions for delegates who cancel are acceptable, provided that such notification is made in writing and sent to NSAR Secretariat preferably by E-mail to: info@nsar.rw or innocent@nsar.rw
DISCLAIMER
Please note that in the event that the congress and related events such as Gala dinner or exhibitions are cancelled by the organizers in case of Force Majeure, as defined under the “ICC Force Majeure Clause”; the registration fee and any other service ordered through the registration will not be refunded. NSAR and the organizers will endeavor to assist you in minimizing the consequences of such cancellation. Nevertheless, you may wish to insure yourself directly against such a risk.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Neither the Congress Organizers nor NSAR will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the Congress. Delegates are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
By submitting your registration, you declare “you have read and agree to the above”: cancellation policies, the disclaimer, the insurance, and the liability statements as they appear on the above paragraphs.
COVID-19
NSAR has ensured that the venue is compliant with the COVID-19 restrictions and protocols and the safety of the delegates is our top priority.
If in any case of cancellation or postponement of the congress 2024 due to Covid-19 restrictions measures in Rwanda, Delegates may either make a formal request NSAR to hold the paid amount till the next confirmed date of the next congress or request formally for a refund of the Congress Fee minus $50 USD processing fees.
